For our Software Development department in Vintegris we are looking for a Technical Writer.

Technical Writer

What will your
responsibilities be?

In-depth knowledge and learning of the operation and configuration of the Company's technologies and services.
Preparation and updating of multi-language user guides for the Company's products.
Preparation of videos and tutorials on the use of the Company’s products.
Preparation of seminars and training sessions, both for customers and internal to the Company.
Preparation and maintenance of Víntegris’ technical documentation repository
Translation of elements related to the user interface and documentation of our products and services

What are we looking for?

Master’s in engineering or IT degree in related field preferred. Other degrees considered depending on relevant experience and proven results.
Experience working in development (at least 3 years).
Experience with Agile Integrated Development Methodology (at least 3 years).
Personal organization, proactivity, management independence, problem-solving skills, self-learning.
Ability to work cross-functionally with development, sales and marketing teams to gather training needs.
Ability to understand complex security solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Didactic skills for knowledge transfer.
LaTeX.
Git.
Wiki.
Office.
HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
Video editing tools.
Required Languages: Spanish, English. Italian valued.
