For eSignWorld, the Italian company, we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join Project Management Office.

You will have key responsibilities to support the client in his digital transformation program.

You will receive a strong training on the Euronovate technology in order to be a Subject-Matter Expert of our solutions and to become the focus point in the customer team for the digital signature process.

What will your
responsibilities be?

  • Support the customer in the management and the troubleshooting of the Euronovate platform.
  • Define, in collaboration with the customer team, the technical new needs and transform them in functional and technical requirements.
  • Manage the project plan of the Euronovate activities in the customer environment.
  • Act as a PM participating to the meetings, conference calls and all the other PM’s activities in the customer environment.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Pre-sales activities and business case management to ensure appropriate project plan and customer engagement.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, change requests and dependencies.
  • Identify the appropriate stakeholders; coordinate and schedule internal resources.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all the communications between customer and Euronovate business/technical resources; collect change requests and bug reports coming from customer and evaluate them in order to ensure the technical feasibility.
  • Proactive identification of business opportunities.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Technical Project Management role in the information technology sector.
  • Degree in Information Technology or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Italian and English speaking.
  • Project management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) will be considered as plus.
  • Nice to have experience /knowledge of ISO 27001.
