For our Quality & Support department in eSignWorld we are looking for a Help Desk / Tester.

Help Desk / Tester

What will your
responsibilities be?

Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, your main functions and tasks will be:

  • For HELP DESK tasks:
    • Management of the issue received in the ticketing platform.
    • Creation and revision of user manuals.
    • Creation of training materials for partners and customers.
  • For TESTER tasks:
    • Detect errors and malfunctions of Euronovate product functionality (software and hardware).
    • Creation of automatic software tests.

What are we looking for?

  • Attention to details.
  • Competence in software testing activities, verification and validation.
  • Recently graduated in High School Computer Science or with some experience in computer science.
  • Aptitude to continuous updating.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility with working hours.
  • English: Medium Level (B1).
