From 1 October 2026, DE-CODA’s experience in the German market integrates with Euronovate technologies for identification and electronic signatures.
Euronovate has acquired DE-CODA, a specialist in identification and electronic signatures. The transaction combines nearly three decades of experience in the German market with a European trust platform.
Since its founding in 1997, DE-CODA has stood for trust in the use of digital signatures. The company supports Germany’s 79 Chambers of Commerce and Industry in securely identifying their members and paving the way for them to use qualified electronic signatures.
DE-CODA’s former Managing Directors, Dr. Nhiem Lu and Stanislav Kovtun, will continue to support the company as advisors. They see the partnership with Euronovate as a great opportunity for the digitalisation of German businesses.
